OMG – I would like to thank you for giving me back my life. For years I have dealt with chronic pelvic pain and have gone to countless doctors. None of which were able to help me or even understand what I was going through. You sat down with me and explained all the problems I was having and how everything is connected. I have to admit, I was skeptical about the physical therapy you suggested. I had never heard of physical therapy for the pelvic area and I was close to not setting up the appointment, but I did and I’m glad that I did. Between the physical therapy and medications I am able to enjoy living again. Now I understand why it took so long to get an appointment…you are that good. Thank you very much.

I couldn’t exercise, cough or even laugh without losing urine. How embarrassing! I had heard from my co-workers that Dr. Butrick was the expert to see in Kansas City. They were right! I was anxious about the tests, but he explained why they are so important. His staff was very reassuring about everything! The tests were easy and the surgery was great! No pain!!! The hospital staff was great! I was back to work after 4 days. Now I never leak urine and can do anything.

Dr. Butrick said my small stroke was why I leaked so much urine. I was in diapers and could not leave my house. I was devastated – house bound at 72 years old.  Dr. Butrick explained why I was leaking urine – no one else had cared or understood the connection to talk about the simple things I should do to help. When medications and those simple things didn’t help, he recommended Botox for my bladder. I had never heard of that, but he injected my bladder with Botox and my problem is almost totally gone. I can now go out without the fear of one of those horrible accidents. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Butrick and his staff were great! I had had two surgeries for my fallen bladder and leakage by a different physician – they didn’t work. Another doctor had said surgery does not work. I am glad I heard about Dr. Butrick. He carefully evaluated my problems, and then he offered several options. I was worried about using synthetic mesh to hold up my bladder. Dr. Butrick and his staff spent a lot of time educating me. The surgery was easy. I hardly had any pain. I just took Motrin after I got home. I am now dry and that annoying bulge is gone! Everything just feels and works better than it has in years.

Who knew that a simple paste could change a person’s life? My mother is currently in a nursing home because she needs additional daily attention. I have wanted to take her out to eat or shopping, but she was so limited in what she could do. She always needed to be close to the bathroom. Since you have injected that paste, she is leak free. This simple office procedure has changed both of our lives. Recently we were able to go enjoy a nice dinner and movie. You don’t know how much we appreciate what you have done.

Surgery went great! I was worried, but when I heard three nurses at the hospital (pre-o and admitting area) talk about how great Dr. Butrick was, I knew I had made the right decision. Very little pain and no leakage!

I have seen as least eight doctors for my pain. It affected every part of my life. I couldn’t exercise, go to work, have sex or even pass stool without severe pain. No one I had seen had been able to help me. After multiple exploratory laparoscopies and even a hysterectomy - that I did not need – I still had pain. Dr. Butrick was the first doctor to listen to my history.
